Deposit & Cancellation Policy 2022


Unfortunately due to a number of no-shows and last minute cancellations, which effect the business massively, we have decided to set up a deposit and cancellation policy. This isn't a decision I have made lightly and although I am aware circumstances change and things can happen unexpectedly I also need to be fair to myself and other clients.

Policy Details

We require a 25% deposit for everyservice booked over the cost of £40 and online bookings will require a deposit of anything over the cost of £17.This deposit will be used as part paymenttowards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. All deposits will be used as part payment towards your final bill. Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 24 hours'notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable.
